STAT Care relies heavily on patient feedback about your experience in our Emergency Departments. Please do not hesitate to answer this questionnaire with honesty and constructive criticism. We review every feedback form that is submitted and address each issue with a critical look at processes and issues that can be improved. STAT Care also likes to hear positive comments that we can pass along to our outstanding physicians, nurses and staff.
